The Aim for Fitness studio is a state-of-the-art facility with the best strength training and cardio equipment available. We provide water, towels, changing area and plenty of parking. Our mission is to make it as easy as possible for you to get in shape, and stay in shape.

Amy offers exclusive one-on-one training sessions in a private setting. This is a great way to achieve your fitness goals, free from distraction so you are able to focus and learn.
Amy also offers semi-private training sessions (2-3 people) which is also a great way to achieve your fitness goals. Semi-private can be very effective and is preferred by many clients.
Small Group training is also a great way to workout and stay fit. Many are motivated by the group setting and achieve their desired results this way.
Strength training can help you preserve and enhance your muscle mass at any age. Strength training also helps you develop strong bones, helps you control your weight, boosts your stamina, and manage chronic conditions. Amy’s personalized strength training program will help you look and feel better as you achieve your goals.
Circuit training targets strength building and muscular endurance. An exercise “circuit” is one completion of all prescribed exercises in the program. When one circuit is complete, one begins the first exercise again for the next circuit. Traditionally, the time between exercises in circuit training is short, often with rapid movement to the next exercise. AIM for Fitness has state-of-the-art circuit training equipment and Amy will ensure that a proper program is designed just for you.
Functional training for those muscles involves training them to be better stabilizers, often by performing simple exercises through small ranges of motion. A focus on functional training will help improve not only your fitness but will also make your day-to-day activities easier. Amy has experience in all phases of functional training and will work with you to address your specific needs.
You might learn weight training techniques by watching friends or others in the gym – but sometimes what you see isn’t safe. Incorrect weight training technique can lead to sprains, strains, fractures and other painful injuries that may hamper your weight training efforts. Amy is an expert in Technique and Form and will teach you effectively and in a way you can understand.

Rescheduling & Cancellations
While it is understood that it is not always possible to keep every scheduled appointment, it is not in your best interest or mine for you to miss your workouts. If you cannot keep a scheduled appointment at least 12 hours notice is required or that session will be charged against your account. Rescheduling must be done within 14 days of missed appointment. Exceptions for emergencies only.
