Ricky is a motivated personal trainer who works closely with each client to make sure they are reaching their desired goals. He takes the time to understand exactly what each individual wants and creates a personalized fitness plan for them. His passion for fitness and sports began at a young age and continued through his college football career. Ricky is dedicated to helping his clients work towards a healthier lifestyle no matter what injuries or challenges they are facing. When not at the gym Ricky enjoys playing softball and cooking.

Alexia

Certified Personal Trainer & Nutritionist

Alexia began her career as a personal trainer back in 2013. She first obtained a degree in Nutrition from UMass Amherst. She then went on to get her diploma in Personal Training from the National Personal Training Institute before she became nationally certified through NASM. Her interest in the field was first inspired by watching her close family struggle with weight management. Wanting to help, she’d always be researching ways to help them. Now, she uses that passion to help others in their journey to a life of better health. Using a client-based approach, she creates customized fitness programs and provides nutrition guidelines to help reach the goals of every individual and makes sure everyone has a safe and fun experience. When not in the gym, Alexia likes playing kickball, playing video games, cooking and taking her dog for walks on the rail trail.
