Amy Brogna is a American College of Sports Medicine certified personal trainer. She has been a personal trainer since 2008 and has had an intense interest in fitness long before that.
As a personal trainer, it is Amy’s goal to help motivate and educate her clients to become healthier and stronger so they can continue to do the things they love. She works with each individual to help them to achieve whatever their health and fitness goals may be.
Amy has expertise in finding just the right balance for each client. She knows when to push and how to encourage each client as an individual so they can achieve their personal goals while always feeling safe and comfortable.
Amy is also a licensed horse back riding instructor and enjoys most sports and outdoor activities.
When not in the studio, Amy enjoys the beach, travel and hanging out with family and friends.

Kevin Ewing is a NASM certified personal trainer. He became a trainer in 1998 after losing his job in the corporate world. Kevin started weight training after high school to gain weight. Seeing the transformation of his own body ignited his passion for fitness. Through the years he has worked with people of all ages. Whether training for your first 5K, wanting more energy to play with your kids or improving your health and quality of life, Kevin can help you achieve your goals. His other certifications are CPR/AED, group fitness, TRX, Kettlebell Athletics, and TPI golf conditioning specialist. In his spare time Kevin loves golfing, music and enjoying laughs with friends.
