At Aim For Fitness, we believe that nutrition and personal training go hand-in-hand. With an ISSA certification in nutrition, I can guide you toward optimal health and well-being by giving you the knowledge and support needed to reach your health goals, as well as providing guidance as you navigate your weight loss journey.
Our BASIC nutrition program is designed for those who have some nutrition knowledge but need a little extra help to stay on track. We offer weekly weigh-ins (optional) and a 15-minute (in-person or virtual) check-in to answer your questions and provide ongoing support. With our easy-to-follow guidance, you’ll be on your way to a healthier lifestyle in no time!
Our FULL nutrition program is tailored for individuals who want to learn more about nutrition but don't know where to start. We offer weekly weigh-ins (optional), food journaling guidance, meal planning guidance, and a 30-minute check-in
(in-person or virtual) to answer any questions, go over food journals, and provide ongoing support. One small group class is also included per week.
